BEFORE PASSPORT CONTROL
Your luggage can be left in the baggage depot, which is in the basement of the airport. You can leave it there for up to one month under arrival halls 1 and 2. Opening hours are from 6:15 am – 10:15 pm every day.
Your baggage can be stored in the baggage locker for a period of 168 hours. Costs vary depending on the locker size.
A Porter Service is also available to help you with the carrying of your luggage. The porters are located at the service pillars in front of the departure hall, every day from 6:15 am to 10:45 pm.
Check in Desks
Every departure hall has a monitor displaying the departure times and the check-in desk numbers. These monitors can also be found in Schiphol Plaza. All the departure halls have self check-in facilities, which can come in handy when you are in a rush.
A personal assistance service is available to escort passenger with reduced mobility.
